I am one to never let the grass grow under my toes! Over the last month, we've made several changes to our business. First, we are now committed to doing a lot more in the vintage market arena, soon to be traveling to various locations throughout the year. I can't begin to tell you how much I love doing them and meeting so many people! One thing I miss after closing our store is the interaction with our customers, and these allow us to once again be directly involved. On the downside, because of the amount of work involved in doing the shows, we had to give up our room at Deep Creek Vintage to allow for more time to prepare for them.
However, you can still find us at Through the Garden Gate Antiques! This is my heart place and playing in our space is so much fun! You can find me there several times a week fluffing and bringing in new goodies. I am hoping that one day we can get more space, but for now, I'm making do.
We also have our small space at A Unique House in King George. Right now, we have a 20% off sale on the booth!
I also want to put a lot more time into my blogging and begin to feature some planned "renovations on a budget" in our home, along with more furniture transformations. At the top of our list is our kitchen and basement. I have so many plans and am extremely excited to begin!
So sad to see you leave deep creek Vintage but im so excited to read all about your new adventures in your blog! can't wait to visit the new space in Richmond ~ see ya soon!
